Agreement to Terms

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving cleaning services from Redline Cleaning Co. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all commercial cleaning services provided across North Texas including Prosper, Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and surrounding areas.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Redline Cleaning Co. provides commercial cleaning services including but not limited to:

All services are performed by trained, background-checked staff using EPA-approved cleaning products.

Scheduling & Access

You agree to provide Redline Cleaning Co. safe and reasonable access to your facility at the scheduled service time. If access is not available at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

We offer flexible scheduling including after-hours and weekend services to minimize disruption to your business operations.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

For recurring service contracts, please provide at least 30 days written notice to modify or cancel your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement or quote. We accept various payment methods and can accommodate invoicing for commercial clients.

Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of services.

Liability

Redline Cleaning Co. is fully licensed, bonded, and insured with comprehensive general liability coverage. All staff are covered by workers' compensation insurance.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Redline Cleaning Co. is not liable for:

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and in good faith.

HIPAA & Confidentiality

For medical office and healthcare facility clients, all Redline Cleaning Co. staff sign confidentiality agreements and are trained in HIPAA compliance. We follow strict protocols to ensure patient privacy is protected at all times.

Staff are prohibited from accessing, viewing, or disclosing any patient records or confidential information encountered during service.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Collin County, Texas.
